This policy explains what SRP ENTERPRISES LLC, operating as Nearby TV Internet, collects when you use nearbytvinternet.online or contact us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Nearby TV Internet (operated by SRP ENTERPRISES LLC) is an independent comparison platform.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to answer a comparison request:
- Details you give us — your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or street address, the service you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field.
- Call information — if you phone us, the fact and timing of the call and any notes we take about what you are looking for.
- Technical information — standard server-log data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you viewed.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, Social Security numbers, payment card details, bank information, or government identification. Those are collected by the provider directly when you enrol with them.
How we use it
- to work out what services are available at your address;
- to contact you about the comparison you asked for;
- to connect you with a provider you choose, if you ask us to;
- to respond to questions, complaints, or opt-out requests;
- to keep the site secure and diagnose faults;
- to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share your details in three situations only:
- Providers you choose. When you ask us to connect you with a provider, we pass on what that provider needs to process your enrolment. From that point their own privacy policy applies to the information they hold.
- Service suppliers. Hosting, email delivery, and analytics suppliers who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions.
- Legal requirements. Where we are required to disclose information by law, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
Calls and texts
If you submit a form or ask us to call, you consent to being contacted at the number you supply, including by automated means, about your comparison request. Consent is not a condition of purchase and message and data rates may apply. To stop, reply STOP to a text, tell us on a call, or email info@nearbytvinternet.online.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies and similar technologies to function and to understand how pages are used. Details, and how to turn them off, are in our Cookie Policy.
How long we keep it
We keep comparison requests for as long as needed to handle the request and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Server logs are retained for a short period for security and diagnostics.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to opt out of marketing contact, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. California residents have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there.
To make a request, email info@nearbytvinternet.online or call (855) 761-8442. We may need to verify your identity before we act.
Children
The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when we last did so.
